Why should this appeal be considered?: I would firstly like to take this opportunity to apologise to the community as a whole for my previous behaviour and actions - I used to be incredibly toxic and made it difficult for the staff when they were dealing with me. I had an incredibly poor attitude at times and for this I would like to apologise to every member of staff that ever had to deal with me.

I'd like to apologise for the reason I was originally banned - myself and Murtsley were both banned by Dank for "2.5, 2.6, 3.4 - User planned blowing up his own appartment with another user in totally excessive way and then let said user do the crime so he would not get banned knowing the crime to be excessive" I understand why I was banned for this however at the time I behaved in a completely inappropriate way, making staff complaints against Dank in a pathetic attempt to get myself unbanned and Dank into trouble.

I fully accept that I should not have set fire to my own apartment as although this would not have affected me greatly it would have negatively impacted the experiences of others for my own personal gain and through no fault of the other players. It became apparent that Dank was watching this unfold and rightfully put a stop to it.

While this was actually a minor part of why I was community wide banned it was my actions whilst banned that led Fredy to Community Wide Ban me - I made numerous staff complaints on Dank and persons involved although they didn't do anything except seek to safeguard the community, thus wasting more staff time because I had nothing better to do.

It's been almost 3 years since I was banned and a lot has changed within the community and with myself - I have changed a lot as a person and if I were to be allowed back you wouldn't see the petty complaints / reports being made by myself.

I played Perp for many years and my contributions weren't all negative -

I led an investigation into corruption within the PLPD which led to the Chief of Department and Deputy Chief of Department being demoted after the complaint committee considered my multiple page document evidence package consisting of witness testimony and interviews. I did similar work to this whilst in Internal Affairs.

I made my way up to Captain within the PLPD leading Patrol shortly after my investigation above.

I was a helper for a period and frequently ran events and helped new members of the community - I dedicated a lot of my time to the server, usually playing as a cop.

I know full well my limited achievements don't by any means justify anything I did which was negative and I did cause a lot of problems for staff and other players but I would like to take this opportunity - if you'll allow me - to demonstrate that I have changed an awful lot and can be a constructive member of the community.

You have not at all acknowledged your continued efforts to target me when I became Chief of Department after you got Super and Hendricks demoted.

You continually disrupted everything I and my Senior Management Team tried to put through, whether it be in-game or policy changes. You tried to tittle tattle to more senior members of the community - abusing the existence of the then newly created Advisory Board - purely to curry favour so as to further your own ambitions.

Despite the significant allowances we made so as to engage you in all processes, you then began making vexatious Internal Affairs complaints on any management decision either myself or my Senior Management Team made, which meant I had to spend a significant amount of time crafting a new Complaint Committee policy rather than focus on the glaring issues that existed at the time.

You even went so far as to conspire to fabricate evidence and entirely misuse the Internal Affairs system so as to get well-respected members of the PLPD at the time - who you did not like - demoted or dishonourably discharged. This ultimately pushed me to having to demote you and permanently blacklist you from Internal Affairs.

You act all high and mighty, putting yourself on an ivory tower of propriety, when those who were kept in the loop know that the simple truth is you are a backstabbing, self-serving, delusional person who is so far removed from the community's best interests. When your egotistical efforts were lambasted you resorted to assisting others in doxxing me.

This was not isolated to my term as Chief of Department and is a pattern of behaviour that extends further back, of which I am absolutely certain no-one has forgotten.

I do not forgive you at all for what you did. You made even simply existing in the community feel abhorrent and I sincerely hope that those reviewing this appeal see reason: there is nothing to be gained from letting you return.

I think this is the most dilusional ban appeal i’ve read in the history of this community.

I think Acer covered the points pretty well, but your appeal is painting you as a hero who slipped up. well maybe i need to give you some help with your delusions.

you are a pest to this community, You have never had good intentions in anything, the only thing you had was ambition for power. and it’s been proven time and time again, you are more then incapable of dealing with it the slightest bit. you manipulate everything and everyone to suit your narrative even in this pathetic excuse of an appeal.

maybe you just need another reality check. i doubt you’ll get it here, but people don’t need more of your antics and ridiculous plots to prove your right, even when you are wrong.

there isn’t a lot of people I think should never be let back into this community, but you are one of them. I say good riddance and stay gone.

do some growing up, and reflect on whatever narcissistic personality issues you have.

i would give a lot of examples to my points but wouldn’t want another IA or complaint on me for hurting your feelings.

Well I feel inclined to comment on this, as I was never aware of your behavior in the PD but it's obvious that this was echoed to staffing of the server while I was mod.

I remember multiple interactions with you where you pushed the rules continually forcing me or other staff members to take actions in an attempt to bait them into making a mistake so you could make a staff complaint, but you'd make those complaints regardless wasting hours of staff time.

A pattern of behavior across the PD and community I don't think you should be welcomed back
