Why were you punished?: 2.8 - Making sexual in nature comments towards players
Why should this appeal be considered?: I would like to request the possibility of being unbanned. It's been around 6-7 weeks since I, personally, last played perps and I'm keen to get back to playing if that's even a possibility. During my holiday, my nephew was playing and ultimately got me banned (which as the account owner I hold full responsibility and cannot apologise to the admin/moderator team enough - it will NOT be happening again, only I will play this account from hereon out.). Upon finding out about my ban, I have discussed at length with my newphew and ultimately his childish humor - he claims he was trying to replicate a youtuber followed by with some very very poor choice of words - attempting to antagonise the player. Please send apologies on my behalf to the staff involved and the player.
I've been banned for 2.8 and given a permanent punishment for (the wording of the ban has changed, which I appreciate), however I have learnt my lesson (in not allowing anyone else other than myself access to my account). I am more than happy to prove my, personal innocence, in anyway way I can - I have proof I was in Spain 05 August - 24 August. My request to be either unbanned or a reduced punishment would be based on the punishments issued to other players in the last 12 months, however I do understand and respect Husky's decision.
I cannot apologise enough to the community for this and I hold full responsibility of the actions of my own, if by myself or others. I completely understand the rules, however upon my return I would re-read them to ensure I'm up to date and follow them accordingly.
Additional Information: Examples of where players have commited the same 2.8 and been unbanned/reduced punishment period within the last 12months:
Mouthwash Drinker - 2.8 (3 days) Inappropiate questions about female player models.
Jesus H. Christ - 2.8 (2 weeks) Threatening to rape a player
Silent Chaos - 2.8 (2 months) Requested a player to suck his d*ck and accused admin staff of SA.
lanarhoades - 2.8 (2 weeks) Made sexual comments towards another user
I respect and appreciate the work you and the team do and ultimately want to be back playing. Before this ban, I'd played for approx 5 months without any issues and hope you can see I am extremely apologetic to the team for this situation. I understand the rules and I'm here to roleplay, not cause problems or drama.
