Why should this appeal be considered?: Okay so, look first of i wasn't really spectating the shooting i was more kind of in the middle of it, wasn't a shooter though. Okay so first of i was standing there talking or something to the officer and then a guy came up from behind and shoot the cop. Then i was kind of trying to hide, but then another officer came and was looking for suspect or the body idk, then another guy shoots the cop so he dies.
