Why were you punished?: 3.4, 2.7 - Pulled out a gun under direct gunpoint which resulted in his death. Was given commands to surrender but said he didn't have his headphones on.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Let me start of with me being fully aware that I am in the wrong in this situation because I did not have my headphones on during an active situation. I should of thought before I went to the situation about putting my headphones back on before I arrived on the scene but I was in a rush to go AFK real quick and that though didn't cross my mind when I decided to go on scene before I went AFK. I apologise for my lack of preparation to enter an active scene and I know my previous record with 3.4 doesn't help my case but I hope I will be allowed to play again soon and learn from my mistakes to be prepared to enter a scene. I also didn't know the headphone rule was a thing at the time so I went back into the rules and caught up on them.
Additional Information: I am making this apology a day before a week has passed because I am not going to be active tomorrow.
