Why were you punished?: 3.4 - Pulled out a pistol while under gunpoint, horrible record
Why should this appeal be considered?: There was a situation yesterday where I have been raiding an apartment, once inside I started lockpicking the rooms not knowing that there was another person in the property with me. While I was in the lockpicking animation, I saw the person coming and in the heat of the moment panicking I pulled out my gun and have been gunpointed by the person, I did not shoot and that resulted in me dying.
I understand what I did was a clear breach of 3.4 and I should have been more careful with my actions, but if you try and put yourself in my position in that exact scenario, I was in the middle of a raid so I was already agitated not knowing what will happen and out of nowhere somebody manages to sneak up to me and gunpoint me, so out of panic I took out my gun.
Me not handling the situation correctly there because of panic and agitation is clearly not an excuse for breaching 3.4, and also my record does not help me in this.
Since my record has been mentioned in the ban, I would like for you to please consider that I have been banned once this year (for 12 hours by Ellie) and everything else are bans that are 7+ years old.
I would like to apologize for my actions and this appeal is to try and have the ban reduced if it is possible.
