Why should this appeal be considered?: I was going to put a dispute but you could call this an appeal/apology since it was my fault 100%. I was hit with my first punishment for nvl, I was salty because it was a weird situation and didn't even want to nadepoint those cops, and didn't tell my brother. He logged on not knowing, we got perma'd.
