Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User shot down another player who had a gun out but not pointed at a drug dealer spot without any prior interaction.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, before I even begin my reason I would like to note that I completely understand that my record of bans is not the greatest, and that I have quite a poor record on hand. In any other situation I would not have attempted to make an appeal, as I understand fully that my lack of knowledge of the rules would be the problem, but here I believe this is different.
My reason for what I did goes back a little bit to the first time I went to sell at the dealer. As I arrived there, there were 2 people already there and I had tried to ease the situation diplomatically. However, civil dispute quickly broke down as one of the people abruptly started shooting at me and I had died. After this when I had respawned, I was already very paranoid about the amount of money I had on me as well as the risk of something similar happening. So when I was down in the subway to sell and two people abruptly came sprinting down with their guns equipped, I overreacted and shot the guy. I did not mean to kill him, but the caliber of my gun was big enough to one hit him. Immediately after this, before even calling cops or anything like this I started dragging his body to the hospital as I felt very bad, however I was eventually stopped by TFU who led to the man bleeding out.
Though I fully understand that I had broken a rule, this violation was influenced heavily by previous encounters which already had me on edge. Furthermore, I did really try to resolve everything by attempting to heal the guy and even asking the moderator if I could compensate him. Overall, though I am certainly at fault, and I did hurt another player's experience, I plea that you may understand that this situation was highly accidental and did not come from a misunderstanding of the rules.
How then will I go forward? Surely, this is a problem in of itself if I cant keep composure, perhaps keeping me worthy of the ban. But I would beg a differ on this regard. There is no denial that all of my bans have came from blatant disregard or lack of knowledge of the rules, but this is the first one which has came from such a situation. Therefore, this has caused me to reflect on this and going forward I can assure you definitively that I will keep a cleaner and less foggy mind.

Additional Information: I'm still very open to compensating the man who I had killed quite heavily, as I do honestly feel remorse.
