Why were you punished?: 3.20 - The player disconnected from the server after engaging in contact with police and was unconscious at the time of disconnect.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Given my past and the amount of warns I've had and the ban that I also had last week I understand the staffs reasoning of this ban. It has been pretty apparent that I was not following the rules how I should of in the past and I understand that the rules that I have broken in the past due show that. Upon my first ban I've been taking more drastic measures to make sure I am fully abiding by the rules set in place by the admins and I feel that I have shown progress since then because when I was freshly new to the server I only glanced over the rules and didn't take a more in depth look. I've been let off the hook plenty of times and I see why this time is no exception. I realize my mistake that I did during this ban. I disconnected before the red marks on my screen left which upon thinking about it I now do realize but prior to the ban I never really took thought in the screen turning fully black or the red marks but if your screen was black you could disconnect which isn't truly the case I have to wait until the screen gets FULLY blacked out which I now do understand. I should of used more self-awareness and context clues given the fact that if your screen was black even when you first go down that doesn't consider it as fully blacked out. I do seriously apologize for this mistake and given that the ban was just I probably do not have much say in this but what I do want to say is that this mistake WILL NOT happen again. I'm very sorry because I did shoot officers then leave before I could get justice served to me which all around ruins the roleplay experience for all parties involved including the paramedic who revived me that drove out of his way to go and pick me up to begin with. I understand that what I have done probably did ruin the experience and I do take full responsibility for that. My request is though for my ban to get reduced if denied I fully understand but I really didn't intend to ruin the experience for everybody and I'm not just saying that because I received punishment. I'm thankful that you guys brought this issue to me early on rather then later on so now I could adjust my mistakes and I appreciate the staff who did give out these punishments to enforce the rules/laws in place on the server to make the server the most fun RP server on GMOD. I do hope you guys do consider my ban appeal/apology and once again I'm very sorry for those I had foul-played due to my disconnect and this will not happen again. And I do take full responsibility for my actions and whatever conclusion you make of this appeal I fully understand your decision.
