Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - User decided to lockpick the garage doors to Moron's Shipping Company (while unarmed) and was shot as a result of their actions, resulting in them bleeding. The user then decided to call the police, saying that the people inside of the property shot them. User made no attempt to flee the scene after being shot and when their life was at incredible risk, especially while unarmed. When police arrived on scene, the player decided to disobey police orders to leave the area (while gunshots were still on-going) and instead lock-picked the property again and ran inside, ultimately resulting in a successful police raid. The actions of this player resulted in a significant loss for all other parties involved and put their own life at significant risk for no reason as they had ample opportunities to flee the scene.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hey there,
I am coming here to apologize for my actions that happened last night, which lead to myself getting banned for a week.
What I did was extremely stupid and honestly dumb. There is no reason why I should have not gotten punished for my actions, my actions ruined another players experience on the server. There is no excuse for it, I did wrong and want to do better in the future.
Last night, I got really intoxicated, to the point where the world was spinning and my thoughts were lacking. I barely even remember last night. I made a poor decision to get onto PerpHeads while intoxicated and mess around. I did not intend to ruin anyone’s experience, but I did, and I take full accountability for my actions.
I want to make this right, I want to apologize to captain for my actions that resulted in my ban for a week, I want to personally apologize to each individual that I affected last night, and also want to compensate them for their items that were lost, as a result of my poor decision making. I ask that captain give me their information, if he is allowed, so I can personally contact them and offer compensation.
I am not here to say that I shouldn’t have been banned, I sure as hell deserved it. This is no dispute, as I did wrong, just simply an apology to captain and those who I ruined their experience last night.
I really enjoy playing perpheads, and this is the first time I have been banned since playing, almost 2 years ago (I think it’s been two years). There is nothing better than coming onto PerpHeads after a long day and playing with friends and other players.
I do wish that this apology be taken into consideration of my ban being removed or reduced. However, I know that I messed up and there are consequences to my actions.
