Why were you punished?: 1.2, 3.21 - Broke character inside the Police Department and made discriminatory, borderline transphobic comments about another player’s gender.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I am writing to formally apologize to the server staff and to the player affected for my actions that resulted in my ban.
I violated server rules 1.2 and 3.21 by breaking character within the Police Department and making inappropriate and discriminatory comments regarding another player’s gender. I fully acknowledge that these remarks were unacceptable, had no place in a serious roleplay environment, and directly undermined the respectful atmosphere this server enforces.
I take full responsibility for my behavior. Regardless of intent, my comments were harmful and disrespectful, and I understand why staff took action. A serious roleplay server requires discipline, maturity, and respect for both character boundaries and other players, and I failed to meet those standards.
Since the ban, I have taken time to reflect on my actions and understand the impact of what I said. If granted another opportunity, I will strictly remain in character, adhere to all server rules, and treat every member of the community with professionalism and respect. I am committed to ensuring that this behavior is not repeated.
I respect the staff’s decision and appreciate the time taken to review this appeal. I hope to be given the chance to demonstrate that I can participate in the server in a responsible and respectful manner.
