Why were you punished?: i apearantly towed a vehicle without any legal or valid reason

Why should this appeal be considered?: i am sorry for what i did i dopnt know where this was or when this happend but i cant remembere towing any vehicles that was not wrongly parked we just towed the vehicles that where out of the lines or in the middle of the road but i sincerely apologize for what happend. and would love to have my ban lifted if it is possible

Hi, looking at the wording of this, is this a dispute?

A dispute is if you believe a ban is invalid which the staff team will review apart from the person who banned you.

An apology (which you posted) is an admission of your guilt which invalidates a dispute as you are admitting to the rules broken.

For reference, this happened at Tidal Apartments, where you towed a car for seemingly no real, valid reason.

it was a little bit of both but most it is an apology i had left for the night so sorry for not answering.
it was myt first time playing as a roadcrew worker so i saw that purple car and it was on the sidewalk beside the stairs so me and my friend agreed that it was wrongly parked and towed it back to the roadcrew station to impound it. at the time i thought it was a valid reason that it was wrongly parked but i guess now that it wasnt.
so im sorry for for not reading up on the rules as roadcrew worker in more depth but ill read on it now.
