Why were you punished?: 3.4, 3.9, 4.1 - While on duty as Roadcrew, they evaded law enforcement and then ultimately returned to the Roadcrew station and went off duty. Later on, they evaded law enforcement again and then disconnected from the server while being arrested.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I wanted to shoot my shot at a ban apology. I know I did break the rules, and I do need a good read-up on the rules, considering running from law enforcement and everything else that was done by me to break the rules and law. I don't necessarily understand the LTAP part of it, considering my Wi-Fi went out and I tried to reconnect as fast as possible, and I was able to reconnect and then properly arrested for 5 years due to my crimes, and then I was shortly banned after. I do not know if there is a way for the logs to be checked, but if you ask the police officer that arrested me (I believe his name was Dalton, last name unknown), I did reconnect before being banned. I live in a rural part of Arizona, and we were having flash floods and storms at the time, and the internet was being spotty all day. But regardless, I do apologize for disrespecting the police and running away. I knew better, but I still decided to not listen. If my ban is appealed (or even reduced a week due to me not thinking I LTAP’d), I will be certain to take a very good look at the rules and be sure going forward that I am doing everything within myself to make sure I am not breaking rules or disobeying the law. I genuinely enjoy this server, and there was no reason for me to act that way and be stupid.
