Why should this appeal be considered?: I would like to submit an appeal regarding my permanent ban. Recently, my account was banned for allegedly using an “alt account”, but I believe this was a misunderstanding related to access from my computer.
A friend of mine was at my house and logged into his own account on my PC to play for a while. Since we both used the same device and internet connection, I believe the system may have linked the accounts and interpreted it as an attempt to use alternative accounts, when in reality they belonged to two different people.

he was in my house and as i said i didnt , i played with him 1 time when we both started then i stop and he continued , so i just wanted to see how he was on game

I can see you both were on the server when you had originally first joined so I am happy that you are both separate users, however please don't attempt to use the account again if you are banned, even if your friend isn't and he wants to play on your network/computer.
