Why were you banned/blacklisted?: i was loging into my account on a diffrent computer and it said banned permanate for alt and its my main acc

Why should this appeal be considered?: i was logging into my account on a diffrent computer and it said banned perm and it said using alts i wasnt i was tryng to continue my journy on leveling up please it was a console mistake i want my account back because i love this game the fun things as a officer and guns and being a gangster was so much fun please unban my account please
