Why were you banned/blacklisted?: I was told that i killed 2 cops stuck around and DC

Why should this appeal be considered?: Im very sorry that i killed the 2 cops i did it bc i wanted to get arrested so i would get some food bc i was hungry but i didnt know at the time that i can buy food bc i was an new player and i wanna tell those officers that im sorry that i shot them and give them bit of cash like 1k so i can repay them bc i shot them

I wanna add why i DC bc i had to go to bed
and i killed 1 cop without an reason other cop with an reason and the reason is i helped somebody defend an police raid alr?
