Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Creepis
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Month

Your Steam Name: R3SM4D3
Your Roleplay Name: Steve Apple
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:598853112

Why were you punished?: Disconnecting with a report open on them, intentionally running people over in their Mini Cooper.

Why should this appeal be considered?: there was a gang members and they were attacking me with uzi's. I ran away with a mini cooper but they came with me so i had to run them over but i accidently run over innocent people. But in my defense the reason i didn't talk on the report because my power went out.

I don't see you apologising anywhere at all. Are you sure you selected the right appeal type? Or are you disputing the legitimacy or your ban?

Please read through this guide https://help.perpheads.com/page/punishment-appeals

I've lowered the ban duration to 2 weeks as I realize this has been to harsh, however, the ban still stands due to you breaking the rules.

Considering an apology has not been outlined within this thread and your punishment has been lowered from 1 month to 2 weeks ban duration by @Creepis , I will close this.

We have two different types of appeals when it comes to punishments;

Dispute
When you are wishing to dispute your punishment, that is when you believe that your punishment is completely, or somewhat invalid. Once a dispute is posted, members of the moderation team and / or administration team will review your punishment, evidence and discuss regarding the legitimacy of the punishment.

Apology
When you are wishing to apologise for your punishment, that is when you have acknowledged that you have broken the rules and your ban is valid, although you are apologising for your actions which led you to receiving a punishment

You can find more information regarding this where @Creepis has pointed out here; https://help.perpheads.com/page/punishment-appeals

If you believe your punishment to be too excessive / harsh but valid, you would need to create a staff complaint on the member of staff who issued you the punishment, which you can find here; https://perpheads.com/forums/staff-complaints.37/
