Why were you punished?: 3.4 - The user entered a vehicle of another owner that was getting its wheel clamped for a repeated speeding ticket. By doing this they risked their own freedom for no real benefit or gain for a speeding ticket and clamp when they could have just gone and claimed their own car by the car garage or paid the impound fee by the road crew station to retrieve it once done so.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Here is why you should consider my apology. It’s because I just messed up. Honestly, in the moment, I didn't really think about the fact that taking that car was a Section 3.4 offense. When I think of Section 3.4, I just think about running away while someone is pointing a weapon at you or putting your life in danger for no reason. In the moment, I didn't consider that it also meant freedom And going to jail The only reason I actually did what I did was that I thought the police officer was just going to be an asshole to me and my friends in the car. We’d been pulled over for speeding, and he was trying to impound the car instead of just issuing a ticket. I found out from an admin afterwards that my friend had already been warned—if he sped again, the car would be seized—but I hadn't been told that. So, I just thought the cop couldn't be bothered to do his job properly, and I decided to just drive off with the car That was simply the information I hadn't received. Because if I had known that, I wouldn't have taken the car. That’s really the reason But really, I just didn't think about it at the moment—specifically regarding rule 3.4. I love playing on the server; I’ve been playing there for a long time. I’ve been banned quite a few times, too. I always try my absolute best and hope I never get banned, but it happens pretty often because I don't always think things through before I act. I’m not trying to ruin anyone else's experience on the server; I just want to have a good time with the people I know there—my good friends
Additional Information: I’m not really sure what to say in an apology like this, but yeah. I’m a bit bummed out about it because I didn’t really get a chance to play the new update before I got banned. I didn’t even get to try everything out. And I had been looking forward to trying those things. And then that unfortunate thing happened—which was my fault, of course. But...I hope you will take the time to look at my apology. I just want to apologize, because I love playing on the server I just want to wish everyone reading this a good day. That’s all.
