Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Creepis
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Month
Your Steam Name: IronCityJay
Your Roleplay Name: Benjamin blue
Your SteamID: 76561198143055368
Why were you punished?: i was punished for asking a player "do you like 3 inch pinchers" (asking a minor)
Why should this appeal be considered?: it was my first encounter with this person, i didnt know they were a minor and i thought i was just asking a funny question. i really enjoy this server and i like making content playing this server so it would mean the world to me if i could get this ban taken away, id love to talk to someone in a voicechat to explain what i was thinking during the situation but honestly i know i messed up but at the same time i dont think i should be punished for making a harmless joke
Additional Information: he sent a clip showing what i said and i was banned because he felt uncomfortable becuase he was a minor, i didnt know he was a minor and i was just trying to be funny and there was no ill intene tnor sexual desire while asking the question
