Why should this appeal be considered?: Because I was not clear on the 3.4 rule, I thought if police threatened you can use force against them. I did this with my vehicle, i ran him over at low speed. I now know this is wrong and I will never do it again. I will only take action against police if I am at risk of sentence, stopping police for seeing my drugs, or if police are using lethal force not a threatening.
Again I am sorry for my ignorance and it will not happen again.
