Why were you punished?: 2nd Warning on a similiar incident or reacting to police in a manner which I agree viewing it after made little sense RP wise for any normal fella.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I just think a 5 day ban is a wild length for a second warning on a incident personally I would say is very minor. The first warning was due to an incident where I did overreact but not in an intentional manner more or less due to the fact the officer was hardly understandable and personally due to how power hungry they seemed I didnt trust they wouldnt escalate the situation so in my mind me and my friend in the car may of been at risk of being searched. This incident was definitely intentional but not in the sense to shoot the officers, I shot at their car to drive attention my way as a friend nearby had a fast car so we could get away easily and yeah its kinda mingy but not really that similiar to the situation that happened due to the second warning. If anything the second warning would be more cop baiting if anything and I disagree with the take that they are both the same rule breaks.
