Why should this appeal be considered?: I thought it wasn't a big deal I was just trying to run my store. I believe it was miscommunication on my end, I thought I was somewhat cool with Simon Benedetti due to mutual friend but I guess that's not the case. I learn that now and won't be attempting anything like that from here on out. I was just trying to run a casino, I had no intent in killing.
