Why should this appeal be considered?: I am deeply sorry for these actions I was under the assumption that we still had an RP scene going on because that roadcrew worker had ran over my friends, crashed into their car and had them rammed into the wall, and then got the cops involved. my friends came up to me told me what had happened. Initially I had something to do in real life so I told them make it quick then we got the scene over with and went on to do my things I had to do in real life. I'm sorry if it looks like I tried avoiding the situation, but that wasn't the case.

Your ban will be reduced to one day, and as such you will effectively be unbanned. That being said, following our discussion in DM the ban reason will be updated to "2.6, 3.20 - User killed a roadcrew worker he believed to be attacking his friend. User did not make a report or contact staff regarding this matter, choosing to instead take it into his own hands before disconnecting less than 10 minutes later."

If another player is breaking the rules, you must continue to abide by them to the best of your ability, and if for some reason you do have to take action to stop it, you must report it. Additionally, you cannot disconnect without waiting at least 10 minutes from committing a serious crime. If something comes up and you need to, again you need to make a report to notify staff.
