Why were you banned/blacklisted?: Slashing tires
Why should this appeal be considered?: I have reported players for slashing my tires before but nothing happens after reading the 2.5 rule i understand that slashing peoples tires for no reason would be considered excessive negativity. The only reason i did this was because it has happened to me before and admins have never done anything about it so i thought you were allowed to do it.
Additional Information: I will read over all the rules to allow for a great rp experience.
