Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 failing to comply when at gunpoint
Why should this appeal be considered?: because i have only just joined back perp after a few months, i forgot the button to put my hands up and i wouldve done it if i knew it, also he started being stabbed by my friend whos appeal was accepted but i then shot him as he was being stabbed and he was dead anyway.
