Why should this appeal be considered?: Right. I just wanna state something first. My record of 3.4 is terrible. But this time I made a mistake and its shown in the clip. I was in an intense moment when someone should police and my first instict was to pull out a gun forgetting they were gun pointing me. In realisation I called out that im not going to and put the gun away. This was seriously an accident and not me breaking gun intentionally please can you just see that.
