Why should this appeal be considered?: this appeal should be considered becos he never told me to shut up and i was backing up and he ran behind my car soo i didnt even see him and i heard the moaning sounds and a taxi driver drove over him aswell and was just sitting on him and i went away becos i recieved a call and while i was driving someone killed me i dont know why i honked maximum of 2 times becos there were people in the way and never wanted to run them over
