Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User killed visibly unarmed people in two raids because 'he just killed everyone in every said because he is in "shock" and can't wait to investigate if they're armed or not and that he can't help it'. He gave no commands or any chance for the new players to comply with him before he killed them. He needs to sit down and read through the rules. Longer ban due to getting a ban for the same rule today.

Why should this appeal be considered?: It's my Reaction time/Reflexes I try to stop once I see if their unarmed but its rather too late or they bleed out if I were to stop and check if they are unarmed I risk my life to get killed or shot by checking so I find this ban quite unfair I understand why though but still I find 2,5 Shooting unarmed people is a Unfair rule as its technicaly breaks 3,4 I understand that its still a rule that I have to follow but as Explaining before Reflexes

I understand what I did wrong but its the fact that Reflexes and most people have a gun whilst basing Ive learnt my lesson but for a second offense too 2,5 dont think a Ban is needed

Or even a Deal what about a Long long ban if I ever break this rule again

You had just come off of a ban for the same exact thing. I mean sure, everyone have instincts and reflexes, but at the end of the day its YOUR responsibility to ensure that you are not shooting unarmed players when you are raiding. The two unarmed players that you raided and shot, in two different situations/apartments, were new players. You should know that when raiding a new player's base, there is a high chance that they will be unarmed as, well, they are new.
Claiming that they're the one breaking 3.4 for being unarmed in their own house as you brought up in the report is just a bit ridiculous, don't you think?

A deal is not in your best interests, just wait out the ban and be more careful upon your return to the server.
