Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, I would like to apologize for what bad thing I did to the person that I insulted very badly, I had 2 blacklists before for the same person and for the same reason.
I shouldn't insult him again, but I did and i regret it very much I apologize with my heart to him. I'm not gonna do the same mistake that I did i feel so bad for what I have done and I regret it so much, I apologize for that stupid thing i did, and it will not happen again I give you my word. I will make sure to be more respectful and careful to everyone in the future I broke the same rule 3 times by now and I learned from what i have done.
