Why should this appeal be considered?: I would like to preface this by saying that, the situation had happened roughly 30-45 minutes prior to when the report was opened against me. Thus, my memory of the situation wasn't the best. It was not in my intention to lie or to mislead Galle with misinformation. Although, It is my fault and I am sorry for that.
At the time of the report, I didn't think much of the ramming situation. Vina (an org member) got stuck on the highway because Katya (another org member) rammed his vehicle in a funny way. This was around the time I rammed the Lexus. So that was sort of the main focus of the situation for all of us, which could've led me to misremembering or not fully understanding what had happened during the report. For that, I am very sorry and it was not at all in my intentions to lie.
I will admit that I was excessive in my ramming of the white Lexus. After ramming the vehicle once, I was going to let it go. But then the driver said "Quit ramming my car you dumb fuck" and pushed my car as revenge. He kept calling me a "dumb fuck" but I should've stopped after he told me to quit it. So I am sorry to the driver for the excessive ramming as well.
Regarding the 3.5 rule break, it was a massive mistake on my end. I went over 3.5 with a friend of mine since then and I'd say that I understand it pretty well now. This situation will never repeat itself.
Additional Information: I'm very sorry to all of the parties involved. This situation will NOT repeat itself again and I hope you guys will give me the chance to prove it to you.
