Why were you punished?: 3.4 - The user failed to comply under gunpoint when told to get out of the vehicle.
Why should this appeal be considered?: So basically what happened was I got failed to comply under gun point while the person who reported me was telling me to get out of the car I drove away I thought he was telling me to get out of there (I was listening to spotify so wasn't exactly sure what he said) so I drove away instead of getting out. I just wanna mention this so the situation is a bit more clear (also I am not blaming anyone besides myself cause it was a mistake from my part and not anyone else's) I was also confused why the person was gunpointing me at bank parking but thankfully moderator "Galle" explained that one of my org members had attacked them and we were seen going around the area non stop. Now onto the apology I understand I broke the rules and I shouldn't of done what I did I apologies about how the situation turned out basically I pulled away (with my car) from someone who was pointing a weapon at me because I didn't exactly understand what he said to me but I understand that's my fault and I agree that the staff member was in the right to give me this punishment but the reason I am making this appeal is to apology to the person who reported me and moderator "Galle" himself and try to get my ban lifted I do understand I messed up quite big (saying this because my ban history is horrible when I first started the server I didn't care about my own life so I committed alot of 3.4) but since I returned to the server I had been trying to keep a clean record of 3.4 cause I didn't want my past mistakes following me the whole time and as you might be able to see I was able to keep myself clean which I wanted to do since I joined back again (after not playing for a long time) but then again me being me messed up again and got myself into this situation that I am currently in (being banned and writing this appeal) so Galle I apologies about my actions I know what I did is wrong and my ban record doesn't look good when I started in this server I didn't know much about what rp is and kept breaking rules I was quite immature back then even tho it wasn't that long of a time ago from then I have changed and became more mature so I would like another chance to prove that I can be better and this ban is hopefully gonna be just a small roadblock on the road ahead (the adventure of continuing to play your server) I wanna apologize because I fucked up alot (regarding 3.4) and fucked up big so I wanna stop making mistakes from now on and make sure that we never have to meet again thank for your time reading I am truly sorry about how everything turned out in this situation but I hope you can see the better in me and give me another chance.
