Why were you punished?: User seemingly wallbanged a door during a raid to which he had no knowledge of there being someone armed inside. Disconnected with a report open.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I want to sincerely apologize for my actions during the situation in question. During the raid, I shot through a door without having any knowledge that someone was armed or even inside. Looking back, I understand that this was careless on my part and not something I should have done.
This was my first time being involved in a situation like this, and I should have been more careful and aware of my actions, especially in a high stress scenario like a raid. I take full responsibility for my mistake and understand why it was against the rules.
I also want to apologize for disconnecting while a report was open. That was not my intention, and I understand how that may have looked from an administrative perspective.
I am genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and rule break I caused. I’ve learned from this and will make sure it does not happen again. If a punishment is necessary, I respectfully ask for a reduced ban of 3 to 4 days, as this was my first time in a situation like this and there was no malicious intent behind my actions.
