Why were you punished?: 1.4, 1.6, 1.7, 2.5, 3.4 - User throughout several instances has been extremely toxic with other community members mainly through OOC. This has also been demonstrated by the several steam user names the user has set himself as. When told to change one of these names, the user changed it to something else of equal inflamatory nature. //Added by Daan: In a different situation, the user has also punched a cop for no beneficial reason a couple of times when the officer even had his gun out.
Why should this appeal be considered?: For starters, I've served 24 days of my ban, which is over half of the month-long sentence.
I've taken extensive amounts of time off to review the rules repeatedly, ensuring I understand every rule and what I should and shouldn't be doing. I should never be toxic in OOC, LOOC, Discord, forums, or any other out-of-character communication platforms towards any community members. I should never utilize my Steam name, Discord username, forum username, forum bio, forum status, or any other platforms to spread hatred / toxic behavior. I should never target any member of the community because of my OOC beliefs, and should never make anyone feel like they aren't welcome to Perpheads.
I've learned that I should always value my character's life and never do anything stupid to put him in jeopardy of dying over something easily avoidable (ie, the cop I punched for no reason who was armed). I should never have done that, as it's a blatant disregard for life, and nobody would ever do that in real life.
I can assure whoever is reviewing my appeal that, during the 24 days I've taken off, I've learned my lesson and understand why I was banned and will never do these things again.
My communication bans are also in place until I get my attitude together, so you won't be seeing me in OOC being toxic or anything of that nature, simply helping new players in /help and helping out within the community wherever I can.
My behavior on the forums has improved, and you can see that in my postings: I haven't been indulging in anything negative or directed at any members of the community.
Despite my record, if given another chance, I won't let the unbanning Administrator down. I have an organization to worry about, and that's another reason I will make sure I stay out of trouble. I have people counting on me, and people who look up to me in-game. I will now be the person to set the best example for everyone I can, so we can focus on having better roleplay scenarios on the server, deeper, more fun scenes that are enjoyable for both parties and can be remembered in a positive light. I will also focus intently on keeping people on the right track, making sure me & my organization follow every rule of the server at all times. I want to return and lead by example, showing everybody why there's much more to being part of the server. I wanna show everyone how much better roleplay scenarios can be when we're all keeping it IC and not letting our emotions get the best of us.
I understand how deeply wrong I was to go off on a whim, attacking different players, via OOC & forums & my Steam name. No matter what anyone has done to me, I should've never felt it was right to attack someone in any circumstances, OOC. I promise you I will never do it again, and I'll be on my best behavior at all times. No matter what the situation is, I was never in the right to begin with, and I accept each rule I've broken and agree never to break them again.

I hope whoever takes my appeal can give me another chance to prove I've changed and have the best interest for the community.
