Why should this appeal be considered?: It's closing in on halfway through my ban so I figured I'd give it another shot. No funny videos this time, just an attempt at a sincere apology.
If I'm being real, it was funny, but entirely not worth it. I'm sorry for the people I dissappointed who came to church looking to participate in a fun event and instead were blown up. As much as I tried to play it down by showing my attempts to mitigate the impact of my actions, they were still unacceptable and very cringe.
Given the timing of my actions I understand if they were interpreted as an act of rage or malice, and all I can really do is offer my assurances that they were not. When unbanned, I have no intention of doing anything else like this. I know the rules and I'm perfectly capable of following them. I hope I've demonstrated this through my time as staff.
I am still working hard (or hardly working,) in the IA department and honestly the worst part of being banned has been seeing so many PD commnand positions come and go. I felt like michael scott in that one gif (attatched for reference,) every time I saw one pop up that I would have otherwise been interested in.
Bottom line, I'm sorry and if unbanned early I intend to continue contributing positively to the community, as I did before.
