Why should this appeal be considered?: Well I do apologize if I was breaking the rule, but I thought that I didn't break anything since my gang members had problems with these guys. Maybe I just got the wrong info from teammates. But I do apologize and will think again next time. It was a bit of a tense situation since police came and the other guy ran away. I also saw that 2.5 rule is targetting new players which I never intended to do since I myself am a new player. Best Regards Igor
