Why were you punished?: i broke rule 3.2 i think

Why should this appeal be considered?: bcz the staff member said i broke the rule multiple times and ive been warned multiple times , but the first 2 warnings were because they pulled over my buddy and i shot the cops , this 1 was a different situation . i refused to get out of my car and didnt know that its not allowed so i just kept going with it , after the staff told me its not allowed i told him got it and wont be happening again , i genuinely didn't know that its illegal i really enjoy the server and im sorry for my bad actions i hope i get unbanned cuz its the weekends and servers really fun , im sorry for my bad behavior.
