Why were you punished?: 3.4 - Pulled a gun out whilst already under gunpoint, leading to their death

Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello,

To start of, I know my 3.4 record is not good, to say the least.
And I do not really have an excuse to make against this punishment. I was dumb and
pulled out a gun whilst under gunpoint. I should not have done this, as this is not allowed
and fair to the people trying to roleplay. I have been actively trying to make sure I do not violate 3.4 again.
And I will not do this again, as I believe this is not acceptable and I have learnt that I should not do this as
not only is it not allowed it also resulted in me being mag dumped by said muggers. I sincerely appologise to
the people who where trying to engage in roleplay with me and to the moderation team who had to spend their time
dealing with me and will not do this again.

I am accepting this on good faith you won't replicate this issue in the future, if you do your next ban will be severe no matter if you admit/apologize for it as your record for 3.4 is horrendous these past months, don't make me regret accepting this. I do appreciate you admitting to your actions yesterday and apologizing in the report however, which is why I am giving you a second chance.
