Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @idk
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: Permanent
Your Steam Name: Rayy Balla
Your Roleplay Name: i cant remember
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:763433829
Why were you punished?: i said nigga on time and was prem banned i didnt say hard its part of my culture in the usa and i didnt know it wasnt aloud in the server and i would never say it in the com since its not aloud as i would of never said it before but i didnt know
Why should this appeal be considered?: I understand now that what I said was not allowed in the server. Here in America, it is something that is part of the culture and slang I grew up with in my city, so I was speaking normally without realizing that it could violate the server rules. I was also completely new to Garry's Mod, and this was my first time ever playing. I should have taken the time to read through the server rules before joining and understood what language was and wasn't allowed.
I have been banned for years, and I genuinely didn't know that saying those things wasn't permitted. If I had known beforehand, I would never have said them in the server. I understand the rules better now, and I take responsibility for not reading them properly.
Going forward, I will leave the slang out, stay in character during roleplay, and make sure I don't say anything that goes against the server rules. I'm here to roleplay a character, respect the community, and give myself and everyone else the best possible roleplay experience. I have learned from this experience, and I will make sure it doesn't happen again.
Additional Information: thank you have a great day
