Why should this appeal be considered?: I just wanted to ask, why do you have to keep on declining my apologies if my brother did it, it’s not even my fault. He probably didn’t know the rules and just did crazy stuff, but I mean like I didn’t do it. I know it was on my pc but I’ll make sure he doesn’t log on again. I am sorry, really, please, I just wanna have a good time. Thank you!
