Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User attempted to gunpoint a player at drugdealer who had a gun out in passive resulting in their death.
Why should this appeal be considered?: First off I want to say that I know recently I've been banned / warned multiple times for 3.4 (usually to do with warrants and staying in a base) ; however this situation was different - me and one of my org members (kennan ; he got a warn for what we did) ; we ran up to the drug dealer and the individual had his back to us, I didn't do the best job of checking if he had a gun in his hand but from the clip I can't really see it too well and the clip didn't catch the entire interaction as we pulled up. I should of realised he had his gun out from the start after he exited the drug dealer menu and had his gun out without doing an animation but I was tired and wasn't really thinking ; the ban was justified and I will be more thorough in the future about 3.4
