Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User stalled under gunpoint failing to exit his vehicle, when they finally did the user pulled a gun out resulting in their instant death.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello.
The situation that happend was my fault and i understand that i did wrong.
However during that situation i had a lot of mixed signals.
My intention was to follow 3.4 but i didnt knew if i was under FeaRP while i was activly shot at.
The situation goes like this.
There was an incident with two individuals exchanging fire with a police officer close to PD.
One had a sniper riffle and the other some kind of SMG.
So yes i was outgunned.
While i was driving to the scene one of the suspects started shooting at me.
While the car died at the same time i tryed to say that i surrender, but he fired after i said that.
At that time i was still in my car, low, while both parties were still fighting.
I didnt know if i was a hostage since i got fired at multiple times before i stepped out of the car.
And yes i see that i made a mistaked, and yes i wish to do better.
But in that situation i just didnt know what to do, since it happend in less than 30 seconds.
Once again i'm sorry and i will do better.
Please consider this apology since i'm being unbaned in like 2 or 3 days.
