Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, by the incident time i was at PD parking space and it was a bit chaotic at that time because there was something like a riot going on. I was trying to get away from the officer because i was gonna get arrested for something i don't remember. I got in my car and fled the scene then i clipped my last 30 seconds with medal because i wasn't really certain if i broke gunpoint or i was already in motion when the officer pulled their gun out so i just wanted to check just to be safe. After watching the clip i've seen that i wasn't in motion when they gunpointed me so i went back to apologise to the officer and turn myself in not even 2 minutes after the incident. Couldn't find the officer so i just turned myself in after going back. Im really sorry for what i did, i didn't mean to break any rules it was just a bit chaotic at the scene so i couldn't really tell what was happening because everyone was screaming and throwing stuff everywhere so i went back immediatelly to apologise and turn myself in because i don't have a really good record and i don't wanna be seen as someone who keeps breaking rules.
