How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: Permanent

Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.15, 3.4 - User drove around the city purposely hitting multiple parked vehicles for no reason, purposely steered into a player who was on the sidewalk running them over for no reason before ramming a parked car at bank parking lot then running into PLN to try kill the player without any reason. NITRP
Why should this appeal be considered?: The original ban stated I would not be able to access the server for one week. I understand my actions were wrong and quite frankly childish. However in my honest opinion, I do not believe them to be punishable via a permanent ban.
I kindly ask that you reconsider your options on the table here and lift the ban. I have a friend on there enjoying the server and feel I am missing out
