Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User killed a player without a valid reason.
Why should this appeal be considered?: A few days before my ban I saw that there was a slight change in the mugging rule in which you could no longer mug a player that holds a gun in his hand.
2 days ago I ran into the storage alleyway with my friend with intention to mug someone but then when he was with his back towards me and face towards my friend he pulled out a large rifle, in my head (maybe monke) i thought ok, you cant mug him since the new rule and aiming the gun at him (hk) while just be who is the first one to shoot and kill so my line of thought was Ok he is threat in muggable zone + brand new rule = I shoot him in the head.
I now understand it wasnt the right decision and JJB made the rules way clearer for me, and obviously wont happen again.
Since my previous bans in june (while i was still a new player) I have been on my good behaviour having (if iremember correctly) no F6's opened on me and I started going on Cop and being more a part of the community, I would be happy if my ban could be reduced so i can come back playing.
