Why were you punished?: Disconnected While in cuffs
Why should this appeal be considered?: Someone tried to kill me outside Casino with a handgun but I ended up killing them. I called the police and the police showed up. I was then cleared of my crime and released. as soon as i was released and hopped in my car every officer besides 2 left. 1 of those officers had me blocked in. I politely asked them to move and instead they told me to hop out of the vehicle. I told him i was cleared and then I sped off. they spike stripped me, arrested me and towed my car. So i disconnected. I was Frustrated with the situation so I just left.
