Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - The user killed an officer for seemingly no reason in front of an RC worker, putting their life and freedom at risk without justification.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hey,
I would like to apologize for what i did a couple of days ago, i was just back from a 2 months ban and i was so happy to play again on this server, before joining i read ALL the rules to be sure and i joined, a week goes by and i got myself into a hard situation to comprehend:
i was at the casino gambling and trying to make new friends when i met 2 people: Matt Toomeker and Luca West, i told them "get the fuck out my casino" as a joke, they got out without saying nothing i followed them and when i asked them if they wanted to go raid someone with me.
As soon as i said that Matt pulled out a gun and started shooting me for no reason, i called the police and i went checking outside and there was only Luca West talking to the police while the guy who shot was hiding and i saw him, i went to talk with the police to get a bandage because i was bleeding and i wanted the officer to go away so i started telling him that it was okay and that he could go because i would have taken care of it myself, the officer told me "if you say that i have to keep an eye on you so you dont kill each other", so i wanted to kill the ONLY officer that was there because i wanted to kill luca west and matt toomeker without risking my life with an alive officer there, i got behind him and i shot the officer and luca west, but in that moment i lagged and only the officer died.
I took some time before doing the apology to actually think about it and analyzing what i did wrong,
I honestly thought that i didn't do anything wrong, until i got banned and the staff members told me how i should've handled the situation better to prioritise my life and not get banned.
I am so sorry, i apologise to the officer that i killed, because i wasted his time and ruined his gameplay for nothing but rage.
Give me another chance and i will NOT disappoint any of y'all.
