Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - The user killed an officer for seemingly no reason in front of an RC worker, putting their life and freedom at risk without justification.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I was inside of the casino having fun and i met these 2 people: Matt Toomeker and Luca West who was being nice to me and we was joking around togheter, i told them "get the fuck out my casino" as a joke, they got out without saying nothing i followed them and when i asked them if they wanted to go raid someone with me.
As soon as i said that Matt pulled out a gun and started shooting me for no reason, i called the police and i went checking outside and there was only Luca West talking to the police while the guy who shot was hiding and i saw him, i went to talk with the police to get a bandage because i was bleeding and i wanted the officer to go away so i started telling him that it was okay and that he could go because i would have taken care of it myself, the officer told me "if you say that i have to keep an eye on you so you dont kill each other", so i wanted to kill the ONLY officer that was there because i wanted to kill luca west and matt toomeker without risking my life with an alive officer there, i got behind him and i shot the officer and luca west, but in that moment i lagged and only the officer died (you can see everything im saying in the videos), i chased luca but from the lag i couldn't kill him because my Beretta was empty, i got around a corner, reloaded it and headshotted Luca West that shot me too, when i killed him, Matt came back from behind, almost killed me, and when i got around a corner he killed me.
Additional Information: I didn't wanna put my life at risk by killing the 2 guys in front of an officer that could shoot back, call TFU and everything, so i killed the officer first but i lagged so hard i didn't even kill both the officer and Luca West.
Moral?
Some new players tried RDM'ming me, and i got banned for trying to take revenge using my head respecting the rules and prioritsing my life first.
What would you have done?
Would you kill somebody in front of an officer?
No
i got behind him so he wouldn't see, if the officer was 2 i would have NEVER did that.
