Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @JuJu
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 3 Months
Your Steam Name: ati ツ
Your Roleplay Name: Liam Garcia
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:106547501
Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - The user stole a bat from an active crime scene in front of 2 police officers, causing the officers to chase him down. He then proceeded to hit one of the officers, escalating the situation and putting his life and freedom at risk. The user from this then started multiple different unnecessary shootouts with police and kept on putting his life/freedom at risk. Ban length due to the number of 3.4/2.5 violations during the same situation, mass killing cops for no reason. // Accepted AR
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello dear Juju & Community,
First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for my behavior on May 3rd, 2025. I turned a playful situation into a massive deathmatch scenario, deliberately acting with the intention of killing every officer I encountered. In doing so, I failed to protect my own life and completely disregarded the server rules.
As I already mentioned during the Discord call, I admit that I deliberately exploited the situation to kill officers. After a few kills, I realized right away that what I was doing was absolutely against the rules. I was just hoping to die at that point, but since I kept resisting, I dragged the situation out far longer than I should have.
It was very early in the morning, and I was about to log off—but one thing led to another, and I kept playing out the scenario, unfortunately not in line with the rules. Of course, the fact that it was early in the morning is in no way an excuse for my rule-breaking, and I do not want to justify it at all.
I want to sincerely apologize to you, Juju, because you had to deal with my rule violations and go through my demos just because I, like a fool, was not capable of handling the situation properly from the beginning. I also apologize to the community, especially to those I killed that night.
I want to make it clear that something like this will never happen again. I just want to build my base, make money, and prepare for V6 so I can return to the server with lots of fun and motivation on the big update day.
What I also want to say is that I consciously decided not to submit an appeal during the first two weeks after the ban. I wanted to show you and the community that I fully accept this ban and understand that I need to learn from my actions. That is why I am only now deciding to write this appeal.
I would like to kindly ask if you might be willing to give me a second chance—so I can prove to you and the other staff members that something like this will never happen again. I would have honestly expected a 1-month ban for everything I did, but 3 months has hit me hard, and I couldn't bear it any longer. That’s why I’m writing this appeal now—to hopefully show you that I truly mean what I say and have genuinely learned from my mistakes.
I wish you, the community, and the entire team a pleasant evening.
Best regards,
Ati
