Why were you punished?: 5.1, 3.20 - Mugging in public view and disconnected within a minute after committing a crime.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Well I didn't know you couldn't mug in hospital alleyway since I got mugged there multiple times and I also would respond to that alleyway so I had no clue you couldn't mug ther and the disconnected within a minute was a game crash and after the crash I just fully hopped off

An apology would usually include acknowledging that you broke the rules and apologizing for it.
I do not see that here.

It is your responsibility to know the mugging map before you choose a place to mug someone
As per the mugging map, found here, the hospital alley is an unmarked area. Mugging is not allowed there. The nearby area is often busy, has a lot of traffic, and is within view of the storage NPC. It used to be a yellow area, but the map has since been updated. You should check the mugging map if you are unsure about any area.

The logs also show “Disconnect by user.” This does not indicate a crash. It also happened only two seconds after you stored your weapon, so I find your explanation of it being a crash rather unconvincing.

Going forward, I strongly recommend that you consult the mugging map before heading somewhere with the intent to mug.
