Why were you punished?: My boyfriend told officers who were arresting him to "suck his cock" repeatedly

Why should this appeal be considered?: I joined this server not long ago and just today I bought premium. My boyfriend was at my house and he played gmod from my account and I explained to him already some rules but he told officers who were arresting him to "suck his cock" and he didn't know it could get me banned. I know it doesn't sound very believable but my boyfriend offered to switch his mic with me if the admin teleported just to show that I'm not lying but the staff member wasn't interested. I can still prove it by going in game or sending a video or something. I'm really terribly sorry, I just want to play on this server I just started to really get into it. It will never happen again.

Additional Information: The ban description made it seem like he was trying to be explicit in a much weirder way than it actually was. He just told the cops to ''suck his cock'' while doing a russian accent because he thought it was funny but it was taken in a different context (although it was still weird of him and I completely understand why this ban was issued). Again I'm so sorry, I have a good understanding of the rules and until now I've been paying close attention to not break any rules. I'm sincerely sorry

I didn't hear everything but other than that I heard him say something about smoking weed but I wasn't in the room the whole time. Again I'm so sorry for this I don't know what to say really. And also he is a minor too he's 16 (I know in game he said he's 28 but he was trolling). He says he can send privately proof of his age if needed

@Lhealey05 Look I'm not trying to completely dodge the ban I just want to at least have it reduced. I really love this server and I'm really sad I can't play and I'm really sorry and regretful for my action. And if you need proof that it's actually me who owns the account just let me know anything I can do (and also if you monitor me after the ban you will see it is actually me and not my boyfriend). Also I checked and I got warned a few days ago for a minor incident and if you have the clip from there I talked and you can see this account actually belongs to me. Again I'm very regretful and this ban really opened my eyes to how strictly I need to adhere to the rules. Put me on a watchlist or probation or anything I promise there won't be another rule break again, I've carefully read through all of the rules and will make sure to not break a single one again in the future.
