Why were you punished?: 1.2 User was homophobic to a cop | Extended by Mini | 1.1 & 1.4 - Disrespectful and childish behaviour in the discord server.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I had something typed out but it made me remove it all so I'm going to try to retype it the best I can.
I was simply not in the right state of mind nor was I 100% sober, this is not an excuse for my actions. The roleplay servers I come from on GTA, allow you to say things in character and they are strictly kept in character with no limits at all. I now understand that this server differs in that way, and I cannot be homophobic at all. This is completely my bad and I should have not acted the way I did, and I'm genuinely sorry for being homophobic it was more so my character saying it as this is roleplay at the end of the day, but now I know I cannot roleplay homophobic ICly, I obviously will not and I deeply apologise to the cop who I made the comment towards even if they themselves did not report me.
Regarding my behaviour in the Discord server, it was very childish as the admin said and I was not really in the 100% right state of mind however I didn't say anything abnormally toxic, and it was more so just me trolling and I'm very sorry for this as well if anyone was impacted by my words. I very much enjoy this server, even went out of my way to server boost and was on route to buying premium however I made a silly mistake which got me banned. I hope you guys allow me one more chance on the server as 3 months is a long time away.
